Foxhills Collection is seeking a Golf Reservationist to join our team at Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey. You will manage tee time bookings, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with golf staff to ensure a seamless experience for golfers.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for golf, and excellent communication. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably in golf or hospitality.
• Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf terminology and course management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage tee time reservations for individual golfers, groups and events.
• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on availability, pricing, and course policies.
• Coordinate with golf shop staff and course management to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling of tee times.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and payments.
• Assist with check-in procedures for golfers, processing payments, and providing course information.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
