Job summary

St Leonards is seeking an Assistant Director of Golf to lead day-to-day delivery of the golf programme and support the Director of Golf in high-performance and development pathways. You will manage admissions, travel, communications and resources to provide a well-organised pupil experience.

Based in Scotland, the role requires strong coordination, stakeholder engagement and operational leadership to deliver sessions, events and championships in line with the school’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports administration, event coordination or programme management, including organising travel, competitions or events.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and admissions liaison for the golf programme and manage enquiries and campus visits.
• Coordinate coaching schedules, travel, competitions and pupil communications.
• Ensure safeguarding, records and parent communications are maintained to high standards.
