Role Purpose

The Golf Operations Assistant supports the Golf Operations Manager in ensuring smooth course operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining the golf management software, ‘Golf Manager’, to enhance member, guest, and visitor experiences.

Overall Responsibilities

1. Daily Golf Operations: Optimize tee-time reservations, monitor pace of play, enforce course policies, and maximize revenue.
2. Golf Retail: Manage shop inventory, maintain golf equipment, and ensure rental liability forms are signed.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, address inquiries and complaints, and foster an inclusive environment.
4. Administrative Support: Process payments, memberships, tournament entries, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Experience in golf operations management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong engagement skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for golf and understanding of the game and industry.
• Proficiency in ‘Golf Manager’ software and Microsoft Office.
