Position: Golf Operations Assistant

You’ll be the heartbeat of our vibrant, member-focused club. You’ll work in a fast-paced, exciting environment, support epic events (such as corporate golf days), and help deliver memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Building strong relationships with members and guests with your friendly attitude.
2. Managing check-ins and supporting event operations behind the scenes.
3. Upselling our services and products confidently, especially if you're a golf enthusiast.
4. Engaging with customers to anticipate and fulfill their needs, making them feel like VIPs.
5. Assisting with events, including corporate golf days and member gatherings.
