As part of our Cleaning Services Team, you will:

1. Support the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and activities related to the day-to-day operation of the department.
2. Assist with stock management, orders, team rotas, recruitment, training, budget performance, safety, and legislative compliance checks.
3. Ensure a clean and safe environment for guests, monitor daily services, respond to feedback, and address areas for improvement.
4. This role involves both outdoor and administrative tasks, providing a hands-on, varied work experience.

Experience and Qualifications:

Experience in cleaning or facilities operations is advantageous. We seek:

• Experience working within a large team.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and stay organized.
• Experience in planning, stock control, and managing budgets.
