Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort, a world‑class golf destination, is hiring a GolfCourse Labourer to support daily maintenance and presentation of our famed courses. Join The Greenkeeping team to help keep fairways, greens, and bunkers at the highest standard, with training provided.

• Assisting with daily preparation and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding areas.
• Operating and maintaining a range of hand tools and machinery (training provided where required).
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the golf course and maintenance areas.

The base annual rate for this role is £26,436.80 per annum, plus service charge.

Join the team that keeps The Belfry world-class, both on the course and across our stunning estate. Our Greenkeeping team ensures every fairway, green, and bunker meets the exacting standards expected by golfers from around the world. The Gardening team Brings the resort to life, crafting and maintaining beautiful landscapes that guests love to explore. Behind the scenes, our skilled Mechanics keep the machinery running smoothly, powering the work that makes our courses exceptional.

About therole

As a GolfCourse Labourer, you will support the day-to-day maintenance and presentationof our golf courses, helping to ensure they meet the highest standards expectedat The Belfry.

As a GolfCourse Labourer, your duties will include:

• Assistingwith the daily preparation and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers,and surrounding areas
• Operatingand maintaining a range of hand tools and machinery (training provided whererequired)
• Ensuring allwork is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
• Maintainingcleanliness and presentation across the golf course and maintenance areas
