  • Maintain accurate records across club management and competition systems.
Golf Days, Societies & Events
  • Manage golf day and society bookings from initial enquiry through to delivery.
  • Coordinate tee times, player numbers, catering requirements, payments and event details.
  • Maintain accurate booking and CRM records.
  • Liaise with the Professional Shop, catering and clubhouse teams to coordinate delivery.
  • Support major club competitions and events, including occasional weekend attendance.

  • Manage enquiries, bookings, correspondence and operational requests.
  • Keep club systems, CRM and operational information accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate information and activity across club departments.
  • Support the General Manager with schedules, reports and operational requirements.
  • Assist with routine financial administration where required, including invoicing, payment follow-up and maintaining accurate records.
  • Resolve routine issues independently and expand where appropriate.
  • Work closely with and provide cover for the Office Administrator to ensure continuity across the club.
Membership & Visitor Support
  • Support membership administration, renewals, onboarding and member records.
  • Manage visitor golf enquiries and bookings.
  • Provide an efficient and professional point of contact for members and visitors.
  • Ensure relevant member and visitor information is communicated accurately and promptly.
Club Communications
  • Keep members informed about competitions, golf operations and club activities.
  • Maintain relevant updates across the website, ClubNet App, digital noticeboard and other club communication channels.
  • Provide occasional support with email, social media and marketing activity.

  • Good knowledge of golf and a genuine interest in the game.
  • Practical understanding of day-to-day golf club operations.
  • Experience with tee sheets, competitions, golf bookings, societies, events and/or membership activities.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong office and administrative skills.
  • Confidence using club management, CRM or database systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and use initiative.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and see tasks through.
  • Experience using golf club management, tee sheet or competition software.
  • Experience administering competitions, knockouts, matches or handicapping.
  • Experience coordinating golf days, societies and events.
  • Experience with finance administration, invoicing or accounts support.
  • Experience using CRM and membership systems.
About You

You will be organised, methodical and comfortable working at the operational centre of a busy golf club.

You will understand the importance of getting the detail right – whether that's a tee sheet, competition, society booking, event or member communication – and will be confident taking responsibility for tasks from start to finish.

Most importantly, you will already understand the golf club environment and be ready to hit the ground running.
