Lapland celebrates the wonderment of childhood through our magical world, rich story telling & memory making experiences.
As a Golden Experience Host,you’llbe the dedicated point of contact for our premium guests, guiding them through their time in Lapland with warmth,confidenceand care.
You’ll be their storyteller, organiser and friendly face, helping families move seamlessly through the experience while adding subtle moments of magic that will stay with them long after they leave.
You might come from a luxury hospitality background, be a seasoned event host, a performer, or simply someone who brings grace and joy to those around them.
PAID TRAINING: Your training plan will vary depending on your role. Training will take place on select dates between the end of October 2026 and the beginning of November 2026, training is mandatory.
