Job summary

TAINA Technology Limited is seeking an executive-level Go-To-Market Lead to launch and scale AI-native enterprise products within regulated industries. You will own the commercial strategy, positioning, pricing, risk messaging, and enterprise adoption, reporting to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to help define category positioning and go-to-market models.

Qualifications

Proven experience bringing AI-native enterprise software products to market (20+ enterprise deployments preferred).
Experience launching new products or product categories in regulated industries.
Strong grasp of SaaS economics and commercial scaling strategies.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes for enterprises.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the commercial strategy for AI-native product portfolios.
Lead market positioning, value propositions and category creation strategies.
Establish product launch frameworks and go-to-market plans.
Identify target markets, buyer personas and enterprise adoption pathways.
Drive pricing, packaging and monetisation models; build ROI-focused business cases.
Engage with senior executives to address adoption barriers and governance concerns.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to align execution.
Influence product roadmap through market insights and customer feedback.
