Job summary

zendbox is seeking an Implementation & QA Specialist to bridge our development team and customers. You will ensure every release is thoroughly tested and lead the technical onboarding for new clients, integrating with major e-commerce platforms and mapping data to our internal WMS.

You will own the Go-Live process, configure APIs, test end-to-end data flows, and administer core platforms like HubSpot and Zendesk. A data-driven mindset and strong communication will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in functional and regression testing with clear bug reports in Jira.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce and data/API integrations.
• Strong data logic and mapping skills across systems (e.g., product weight mapping).
• Experience administering CRM or support tools such as HubSpot, HappyFox, or Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Guard product quality by executing manual and regression test plans for new features and fixes.
• Lead Go-Live onboarding for new clients, configuring API integrations with ecommerce platforms and mapping data to the WMS.
• Configure order/SKU/inventory data synchronization and ensure 100% data integrity before first shipment.
• Set up and manage client accounts in the WMS and portals, troubleshooting access issues.
• Act as internal tech lead for platforms (HubSpot, HappyFox, Zendesk) and other core systems.
• Create and maintain technical how-to guides for customers navigating portals and integrations.
