Job summary

Hyperlayer is seeking a Backend Engineer specializing in Go to build and scale core services for our orchestration engine. You will work on high-throughput, mission-critical systems powering Smart Accounts for financial clients.

You’ll design APIs, evolve architecture, and ship reliable features with a focus on performance and operability. Strong Go skills and fintech familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building backend services in Go with concurrency and idiomatic code.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices in production.
• Knowledge of relational databases and writing efficient queries.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms; CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services as part of the orchestration platform.
• Contribute to feature architecture, focusing on scalability and maintainability.
• Write clean, well-tested Go code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps and platform teams to deliver reliable services.
