Job summary

Evotec WD is seeking a GMP Warehouse Specialist for their Milton Park facility in Abingdon. The role involves ensuring safe warehouse operations, handling GMP materials, and maintaining stock integrity across centralised receipting locations.

You will work 40 hours per week (7am-4pm, Mon-Fri) with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for continuous improvement in a pharma-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP warehouse operations and ERP/SAP systems.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Strong leadership and ability to assign work for daily warehouse running.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and that equipment and racking comply with safety legislation.
• Receive goods through centralised receipting and manage GMP materials via receipt, sampling and location transfer.
• Load and unload vehicles (manually and with forklift) and perform general warehouse duties.
• Assist in training, continuous improvement, and update IOP/SOP documents for the warehouse.
• Put away GMP and non-GMP materials into racking and storage locations; manage stock of chemicals.
