Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead internal maintenance team; oversee performance management and training needs.
• Assign maintenance tasks, ensure engineers are trained and skilled, coordinate with line management.
• Monitor workload with Planner/Scheduler, track CMMS metrics, ensure timely GMP, EHS and statutory work.
