Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Technical Operator to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Swindon. This hands-on role supports the production of pharmaceutical products within a cleanroom environment, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and in line with GMP standards.

You will operate manufacturing, compounding and aseptic filling equipment, perform CIP/SIP cleaning, complete batch documentation and quality checks, monitor equipment and report faults, and maintain

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing, compounding and aseptic filling equipment.
• Carry out equipment preparation, cleaning, sterilisation, CIP and SIP activities.
• Complete batch documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor equipment performance and report faults.
• Maintain cleanroom and GMP standards.
• Support production changeovers, validation activities and new product introductions.
