Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead Compounding Operations across the UK and Ireland. In this hands-on role, you will manage multiple manufacturing teams, champion GMP compliance and drive continuous improvement in aseptic manufacturing environments.

You will report to the Unit or Operations Manager and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across Grade A-D cleanrooms, with a strong focus on people development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership and direct line management experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end manufacturing operations in a complex production environment.
• Experience delivering continuous improvement, optimisation or investigations.
• Working knowledge of GMP principles and quality systems.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
• Experience using data and KPIs to drive operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Act as a visible leader on the production floor, ensuring GMP compliance and safety.
• Drive production plan adherence and monitor KPIs to improve results.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Logistics to meet requirements.
• Optimise processes, equipment utilisation and resource efficiency.
• Support investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
