Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Line 6 Process Operator in the United Kingdom to ensure safe, accurate, fast-paced production of material flow in collaboration with production and quality teams. You will take ownership of day-to-day priorities, follow Baxter procedures, raise safety observations, and help maintain quality and supply continuity while meeting strict safety and performance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day priorities within your area and deliver work to quality and timing standards
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to solve problems and keep activities moving
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress, risks and actions
• Follow safety, quality and compliance requirements
• Raise EHS observation cards as needed
• Operate within Baxter documentation procedures (BaxU) and meet safety and performance guidelines
• Identify quality defects, reject them, and implement corrections
