Job summary

Baxter in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead multiple manufacturing teams in aseptic compounding. Reporting to the Unit or Operations Manager, you will drive performance, coach leaders, and ensure safe, compliant operations across Grade A–D cleanrooms.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes GMP compliance, continuous improvement, and an engaged, accountable culture.

Qualifications

Proven people leadership and direct line management experience.
Experience managing end-to-end manufacturing operations in a complex production environment.
Experience using data and KPIs to drive operational decision-making.
Working knowledge of GMP principles and quality systems.
Experience working in cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders, Deputy Team Leaders and manufacturing associates to achieve operational excellence.
Act as a visible leader on the production floor, setting high standards for GMP compliance, safety and performance.
Drive production plan adherence and monitor key operational KPIs, implementing actions to address challenges and improve results.
Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Logistics to meet business and customer requirements.
Optimise manufacturing processes, equipment utilisation and resource efficiency.
Support investigations, deviations and root cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions.
