Baxter is seeking a Line 6 Process Operator to support the safe, accurate, and timely production of materials in a GMP environment. You will work with production and quality teams to maintain supply continuity and product quality, while adhering to Baxter procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP environment (pharma, food, FMCG).
• Ability to identify recurring issues and propose practical improvements.
• Structured approach with high attention to detail and quality.
• Able to investigate problems, prioritise, and follow through on actions.
• Flexible and able to adapt to varied tasks and schedules.
• Punctual and with good attendance.
• Strong English comprehension and communication.
• Well organised and task driven.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day priorities and deliver work to the agreed quality and timing standards.
• Work closely with colleagues across relevant functions to solve problems and keep activities moving.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress, risks and actions clearly.
• Follow safety, quality and compliance requirements including EHS observation cards.
• Operate within BaxU documentation and requirements for safety and performance.
• Identify quality defects, reject them, and implement corrections.
