Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with no experience required, or Bachelor's with 2 years in pharma/biotech manufacturing or lab environment.
• Field of study: Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related scientific field.
• Proven GMP manufacturing and documentation experience.
• Aseptic technique and cleanroom operations knowledge.
• Experience with process validation and technology transfer activities.
• Analytical instrument proficiency (HPLC, PCR, cell culture).
• Excellent documentation and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication; familiarity with regulatory requirements.
