Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer on a night shift, in a dynamic, fast-paced site. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement to maximise uptime in the packing department.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, has GMP experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and can work independently or as part of a team in a

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in a regulated GMP/clean room environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental compliance and GMP.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach to improvement.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-skilled electrical and mechanical support to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
• Install, commission, modify, and repair site equipment in line with safety and compliance standards.
• Identify cost-effective solutions to improve machinery efficiency, reliability and performance.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure effective shift handovers and collaborative working.
