Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientist for the Market Life Stability (MLS) team at our Moreton, UK site. You will provide scientific oversight and regulatory leadership across commercial stability programmes for medicines already in patients' hands.

You will review data, lead investigations, guide technology transfers, and mentor colleagues while ensuring accuracy, compliance and readiness for inspections in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holders with GMP analytical laboratory experience.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical analysis and stability testing.
• Clear communication with scientists and stakeholders.
• Experience with analytical method transfers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving analytical data with scientific judgement.
• Leading laboratory investigations and defining corrective actions.
• Guiding analytical technology transfers to ensure readiness.
• Owning and maintaining controlled documentation (SOPs, work instructions).
• Driving continuous improvement and compliance within GMP.
