Job summary

Sample Management Coordinator role at Bard Pharmaceuticals Limited in Cambridge. You will oversee end-to-end handling of analytical samples for testing and release, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, shipping, and documentation in GMP/GxP-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory management, or regulated environments.
• Experience documenting records with high accuracy and speed.
• Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, registration, storage, tracking and shipment of samples.
• Maintain SOP/GMP compliance and records in LIMS and Oracle.
• Coordinate weekly shipments to European and external labs.
• Prepare shipping documents, licences, and CoA/MSDS/files as required.
• Support batch release and timely product disposition through sample scheduling.
