Avantor in Stevenage is seeking two Sample Dispatch Logistics Technicians to support end-to-end handling of samples in a regulated environment. You will work across warehouse, laboratory, and cleanroom areas to maintain sample integrity and operational efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong IT skills including Excel. A background in GMP or regulated settings is beneficial, and a bonus scheme is offered as part of the rewards package.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, laboratory, cleanroom or material handling environments.
• Understanding of GMP or regulated environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and document materials in line with Sample Dispatch, GMP, and site procedures.
• Collect samples from laboratories and transfer them to dispatch areas, including handling temperature-sensitive and cleanroom materials.
• Process incoming samples and store them correctly based on location and temperature requirements.
• Support returns, disposals, and maintain full product traceability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to lean initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS, GMP, and site standards at all times.
