Job summary

Bard Manufacturing is seeking a Sample Management Coordinator for a 2-year fixed-term project at the Cambridge facility. You will manage receipt, tracking, shipment and disposition of analytical samples, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance and timely batch release support in collaboration with internal and external laboratories.

Responsibilities include maintaining traceability in LIMS and Oracle, coordinating shipments to European partners, and ensuring regulatory documentation and controlled

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English.
• A-levels in science preferred; degree in science or related field advantageous.
• Experience in logistics, inventory, or regulated operational environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, registration, storage, tracking, and shipment of analytical samples and reference materials.
• Maintain accuracy in LIMS and Oracle inventory systems with full traceability.
• Coordinate weekly and ad hoc shipments to European and external laboratory partners.
