Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead site warehouse operations and ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and Health & Safety standards. You will manage a warehouse team, maintain inventories, and ensure accurate stock control while coordinating with production schedules.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong training capabilities, and a focus on audit readiness and regulatory compliance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations within a regulated pharma/medical products environment.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse staff and coordinating to meet production schedules.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP and Health & Safety requirements and related SOPs.
• Proficiency with stock control systems and accuracy in inventory management.
• Ability to facilitate audits by clients and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine warehouse operations on site, ensuring compliance with GxP, health and safety standards.
• Lead warehouse team to deliver materials and equipment to meet production schedules.
• Manage day-to-day activities of warehouse operators, with focus on performance and training.
• Maintain facilities according to GMP/GDP and regulatory standards and SOPs.
• Control shipment of materials and finished products to customers and suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance.
