Job summary

Croud Inc is seeking an experienced Adtech Account Manager to lead a portfolio of GMP clients and maximise value from the GMP tech stack. You will advise on data strategy, consent management, and tagging, while driving adoption of Google's AI-powered features.

You will own client relationships, steer strategic roadmaps, manage onboarding, and coordinate with channel teams to deliver integrated solutions. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within adtech or digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of the GMP stack including Analytics, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, and DV360.
• Strong understanding of tech/data infrastructures enabling digital marketing.
• Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic, search and social.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and drive strategic direction for GMP clients.
• Develop and execute long-term tech maturity roadmaps to grow revenue.
• Lead onboarding, platform training, and adtech strategy development.
• Ensure on-time delivery of requests and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
• Stay ahead of GMP product releases and industry trends.
