Job summary

Moriati Digital Recruitment is seeking a GMP Account Manager to act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, handling queries and ongoing account needs. You will provide expert GMP guidance, support operational delivery and strategy, and manage billing communications while maintaining strong client relationships and project oversight.

Strong knowledge of GMP platforms and the ability to articulate best practices, combined with excellent stakeholder communication and organisational skills,

Qualifications

• Previous GMP reseller experience strongly preferred.
• Strong GMP platform knowledge and ability to discuss best practices.
• Commercially minded with proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing queries and ongoing account needs.
• Support clients with both operational delivery and longer-term planning and strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), drawing on strong hands-on platform experience.
• Support billing-related queries and client communications, particularly where invoicing issues arise.
• Provide occasional technical support cover when required.
• Manage projects effectively and maintain strong client relationships.
