Job summary

Homes for Students, the UK's largest independent provider of Student Accommodation, seeks a General Manager for The Gillows in Lancaster. Lead a team to deliver an exceptional student living experience, overseeing sales, maintenance and housekeeping to ensure high service levels.

Your leadership will drive check-in/check-out and room turnaround, while managing budgets and supporting new students with effective communication.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
• Strong data presentation and analysis skills.
• Impeccable organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities
