Job summary

Asana is seeking a General Manager to own the strategy, product direction, operating model, and business outcomes for Command, Asana's dedicated product for software development teams.

You will lead across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, User Research, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and transform technical work orchestration into a scalable enterprise business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional partners across PM, Eng, Design, Data, Sales, and CS.
• Experience taking a product from early product-market fit toward repeatable enterprise growth.
• Strong product judgment with ownership of strategy, execution, and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, product direction, operating model, and business outcomes for Command.
• Lead across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, User Research, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Define market strategy, drive product quality, and establish Command as a pillar in Asana's OS vision.
• Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for Command within Asana's portfolio.
• Oversee business plan and operational metrics including adoption, retention, engagement, and expansion.
