Smurfit Westrock in Belfast (Mallusk Newtownabbey) is seeking a proactive Gluing Assistant to support the finishing operations. You will help feed, glue, inspect, and pack cartons to high quality standards as part of a team on the Finishing line.

No prior experience is required; full training will be provided. This role offers a path to progression within a large, long-established pharmaceutical packaging operation.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Experience in manufacturing/print is desirable.
• Strong output ownership and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing production line and assist Machine Operator.
• Feed cartons into the gluing machine per SOP.
• Quality check cartons during feeding and after gluing.
• Pack finished products into correct corrugates per customer specs.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
