Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager to run a field-based portfolio around Gloucestershire, handling day-to-day property management with support for smooth operations. You will manage a diary, visit sites, and coordinate with dedicated services to deliver high standards for residents.

You will travel to sites, lead stakeholder meetings, manage budgets and service charges, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and have your own transport.
• Experience in block management and housing estates.
• Confident communicator capable of presenting updates and financial information.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Residential Landlord & Tenant legislation.
• TPI accreditation (ATPI or MTPI) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule remotely with site visits as needed.
• Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Oversee expenditure, review service charge accounts and budgets.
• Collaborate with credit control to manage debts across your portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations across properties.
