Job summary

Move Sales & Lettings in Gloucester is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Award-Winning Estate Agency team. You will manage sales progression, negotiate offers with buyers and sellers, and maintain high communication standards to ensure successful completions.

Work closely with the team to achieve branch targets and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive business development, build a robust client pipeline, and uphold quality and compliance within the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister or Valuer, looking to accelerate your career.
• Demonstrable track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Talent for spotting and creating opportunities to expand the business.
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline sufficient to meet regular targets.
• Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and implement business generation activities, optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations and sales.
• Deliver and be accountable for your individual KPIs, including add-on services.
• Create a culture of cross-selling across the branches.
• Follow the company's client onboarding and listing process.
• Support procurement and B2B introductions.
• Negotiate offers, and help other staff negotiate offers, with clients.
• Deliver regular client updates and resolve client issues.
• Follow company processes throughout the client relationship.
• Focus on retention and acquisition of clients.
• Support your Manager with compliance checks, ensuring legalities and company processes are correctly adhered to.
• Adhere to company processes, procedures and timeframes.
