Job summary

Nexus ERP Limited in Gloucester is seeking a Lettings Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, handle maintenance issues, ensure compliance, liaise with landlords, contractors and tenants, and arrange property inspections. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
• Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions to be undertaken resolving accordingly
• Arranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
• Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
• Renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements
• Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
• Communicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy
• Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries
• Assist less experience members of staff

Lettings Property Manager - Gloucester - up to £32k

My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years. They are currently looking for a Lettings Property Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of properties handling maintenance issues, ensuring property compliance, liaising with landlords, contractors, tenants, arranging and carrying out property inspections and resolving all enquiries. The role is working full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
