Job summary

Chadwick Nott is pleased to be working with a well-regarded law firm in Gloucester to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a client‑facing, autonomous role with responsibility for a varied conveyancing caseload.

The position is based in Gloucester with hybrid/flexible working, a full-time contract, and a salary range of £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus benefits and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing complex residential conveyancing matters.
• Strong technical knowledge across the full range of conveyancing work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases.
• Manage New Build transactions, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, and Lease Extensions.
• Advise on SDLT reliefs and exemptions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Build relationships with estate agents and brokers.
