Job summary

Chadwick Nott - South West and South Wales is supporting a Gloucestershire-based firm in recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy property team on a hybrid basis.

You will manage a broad caseload, advise on freehold and leasehold transactions, and play a key role in client relationships while delivering high-quality service. A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in residential property.
• Excellent client care and strong organisational skills.
• Experience advising on freehold, leasehold, new build and buy-to-let transactions.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Advising on new build, shared ownership and buy-to-let transactions.
• Supporting clients with transfers of equity, title issues and complex property matters.
• Building strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other professionals.
