Job summary

Acosta Europe is recruiting a Field Sales Representative (Striker) to own a Gloucester-based territory centred on Gloucester, Cheltenham and Swindon, representing Red Bull Impulse. The role focuses on frontline in-store selling, developing key retailer relationships and driving availability and promotions.

The position offers a permanent contract with a salary of £28,796 per annum plus a 12% performance bonus, a company vehicle, fuel card and technology provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key in-store decision makers.
• Influence range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
• Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
• Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit.
• Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
