Job summary

Adobe seeks a Program Manager, Workplace Design to create environments that reflect our brand and support how people work across EMEA, India, and beyond. You'll guide multi-disciplinary teams through FF&E, materials, color, and lighting, while ensuring consistency with Adobe's brand and experiential graphics standards.

You'll collaborate with Workplace Strategy, Global Site Operations, and Digital Employee Experience to improve programs and connect spaces to the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in architecture or interior design with a strong portfolio.
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field or equivalent craft depth.
• Experience with FF&E and construction administration processes.
• Comfort navigating cross-functional relationships and presenting to collaborators.
• Experience with base building architecture and workplace strategy/programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead decision making across the full project cycle with external firms and internal delivery teams.
• Own FF&E, materials, colour, and lighting decisions, ensuring brand and graphics consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep solutions on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Help evolve Adobe's Experiential Graphic and Brand program by strengthening operations and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Workplace Strategy, Global Site Operations, and Digital Employee Experience to connect spaces to employee experience.
• Contribute to an experimentation and innovation program testing new approaches to onsite workplace experience.
• Champion inclusive design practices across every project you touch.
