Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a creative, results-oriented designer to lead post-occupancy tenant improvement design for select buildings in the EMEA portfolio.

The role sits in Global Design, reporting to the EMEA Design Manager and collaborating with EMEA D&C, Workplace Guidelines, Sustainability, and Global Transformation teams. You will oversee design across small to mid-scale projects, work with external design teams when needed, and ensure alignment with Global Design concepts and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience in project and program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the design of post-occupancy tenant improvement projects and small/medium new site projects and expansions, to include leading the design of the space based on customer needs and technical requirements.
• On some projects, collaborate with an external/vendor design team (Architect of Record).
• Align the design of each project to the overall concept for Corporate Workplace by the Global Design team.
• Inform Guidelines and Standards on design elements needed to translate into global Guidelines.
• Routinely connect to external industry bodies to adopt new standards and innovations.
