Job summary

Sidetrade is seeking a Global VP of Talent Acquisition to design and lead a scalable, data-driven TA function across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will partner with executives to attract, hire, and onboard top talent for a fast-growing AI-powered O2C platform.

You will own the TA budget, develop employer branding, and implement AI-enabled recruiting tools while ensuring compliance and DEI across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition.
• 5+ years in a senior TA leadership role (VP, Head of TA, or similar).
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth AI company.
• Track record hiring C-Levels.
• Global experience across US/Europe.
• Hands-on yet strategic with big-picture thinking.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global talent acquisition strategy across regions.
• Build and lead a high-performing global TA team.
• Hire senior C-level roles directly with the CEO.
• Design and scale AI Agents for recruiting processes and SLAs.
• Own employer branding and candidate value proposition globally.
• Establish TA metrics, dashboards, and reports for exec leadership.
• Manage ATS and recruiting tech stack, tools, and partnerships.
• Champion diverse and inclusive hiring practices globally.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws across operating countries.
