Job summary

TAIT seeks a VP, Projects - Placemaking to lead globally distributed teams delivering attractions and destination experiences. You will steward portfolio margins, schedules, and risk while partnering with Market Leadership to align commercial strategy with execution excellence.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will balance creative ambition with operational discipline, ensuring safe, on-time delivery across regions and complex builds that delight clients and audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex, multi-regional placemaking and live-arts projects.
• Proven ability to scale operations and ensure profitability across portfolios.
• Strong leadership and executive stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and operational performance of global Placemaking portfolio.
• Provide executive oversight from opportunity development through project closeout.
• Lead portfolio reviews and drive continuous improvement across regions.
