Job summary

TAIT in the United Kingdom is seeking a VP, Projects - Placemaking to lead the global portfolio of attractions and destination experiences. You will shepherd deals from initial opportunity through closeout, ensure commercial viability, align resources, and uphold financial commitments while delivering world-class projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-region project portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen and risk management.
• Exceptional communication with executive leadership and clients.
• Experience in performing arts, placemaking or destination development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for commercial and operational performance of the global Placemaking portfolio.
• Provide executive oversight from opportunity development through project closeout.
• Lead delivery teams across design, fabrication, construction, installation and commissioning.
• Drive portfolio reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership to inform strategy and resource planning.
• Ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.
