Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Senior Director, Global Project Controls to lead and elevate the project controls function across markets. You will define standards for cost management, forecasting, scheduling, governance, and reporting, partnering with project leaders to improve predictability and financial health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale permanent installation or complex project portfolios.
• Proven forecasting, cost control, governance, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, earned value, and portfolio reporting.
• Ability to influence across functionally matrixed teams.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Project Controls across markets, regions, and project types.
• Define standards for cost, forecasting, scheduling, risk, governance, and reporting.
• Develop scalable controls frameworks, templates, and processes.
• Drive data integrity and timely insights for leadership.
• Support delivery teams with tools, reviews, and controls.
