Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
• Experience analyzing data to identify performance drivers.
• Experience in client or vendor-facing roles with negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Italian: speaking, writing and reading.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the company and with Customer Service vendors.
• Lead end-to-end management of Customer Service operations with a focus on customer obsession and sharing best practices.
• Support procurement activities: vendor strategy, scoping requirements, location assessments, RFPs, pricing and contract negotiation.
• Develop and implement governance to simplify processes while ensuring customer experience, security and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and create business continuity plans; manage new implementations.
• Demonstrate ownership and hands-on delivery mindset in a high-stakes environment.
• Significant international travel required (approximately 30%).
