• Manage and deliver across Customer Service operations with a focus on customer obsession and sharing best practices.
• Support procurement activities incl. vendor strategy, scoping, RFPs, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards and governance for customer experience and operations.
