RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director within our Global VAT (GVCR) team to lead complex VAT compliance, e-invoicing, and reporting across the UK, EU, and global markets. You will work at the center of a fast-evolving tax landscape, partnering with senior stakeholders.

This high-impact role requires strong EU tax expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects to tight deadlines in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

• Provide technical policy support and guidance.
• Contribute to internal and external tax communications and updates.
• Identify business development opportunities from case law and legislation.
• Prepare and review global VAT compliance and reporting content for external materials.
• Respond to GVAT technical queries from the wider team.
• Draft, edit, and deliver training materials and webinars.
• Maintain and share tax technical information resources.
• Contribute to GVAT policy reviews and firm procedures.
• Attend and contribute to Tax Technical and Tax Practice meetings.
