Qualifications

• Proven experience in building, growing and maintaining global distribution networks.
• Hands-on CRM management and optimization experience.
• Background in technical/mechanical sales within oil, gas, or related sectors.
• Experience delivering product training to international partners.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for growth of the global distribution network.
• Motivate and recruit distributors in key territories worldwide.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive valve sales with in-house marketing.
• Identify and secure new clients and accounts to support growth.
• Influence product development by providing market feedback.
