Job summary

Oliver Valves Group, a family-owned global valve manufacturer, seeks a General Manager International Sales Support to combine engineering insight with sales leadership. Based in Knutsford, you will evaluate technical and commercial requirements, develop solutions, and move opportunities from enquiry to contract.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Production and Quality, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, manage CRM records, and drive growth across worldwide markets in oil, gas and hydrogen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a mechanical engineering role.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and customer requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness with quotation and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience using CRM and related business systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate technical quotations and tender submissions.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts while protecting margins.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and Quality teams.
• Maintain customer and sales records in the CRM.
• Provide market feedback to support development and innovation.
• Support achievement of sales targets.
