Job summary

Croda is seeking a Global Pricing Lead to drive a data‑driven pricing culture across our Life Sciences and Consumer Care markets. This is a pivotal role that involves defining and embedding pricing frameworks and partnering with teams to support initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in value-based pricing and will possess strong analytical capabilities. The role can be hybrid or home office based within the UK and requires regular international travel.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in value-based pricing and commercial analytics.
• Experience working in B2B environments, preferably in industrial or specialty chemicals.
• High level of empathy and diplomacy to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the global contact for pricing within the commercial excellence workstream.
• Define and embed a global pricing framework and methodologies.
• Develop scalable tools, models, and dashboards for pricing analytics.
• Partner with teams to support pricing initiatives in regional markets.
• Identify and prioritize pricing-related improvement opportunities.
