Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks a Principal Business Development Lead for unmanned systems in Europe. You will identify, develop and grow strategic opportunities across UAV/UGV/USV/UxS and C-UAS, shape requirements, and drive cross‑platform integrations with key manufacturers.

Lead international customer engagements, translate requirements into actionable insights, and support product roadmaps with engineering and partners. Travel up to 50% internationally, including the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with significant related experience.
Graduate degree with substantial related experience.
Experience with unmanned systems platforms, payloads, sensors, and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with international customers and strategic accounts.
Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable insights for product integration.
Drive customer demand and product adoption through value-based communication and solution development.
Develop and expand relationships with major UxS platform manufacturers and technical leadership teams.
Understand the Counter-UAS market, technologies, and industry partners and competitors.
Drive product integrations into unmanned platforms and front-runner technologies.
Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams on certifications and integration cycles.
Enable benefits for international customers through expanded ecosystem partnerships.
Provide input to internal product roadmaps based on vendor requirements and market trends.
Identify emerging unmanned capabilities and payload opportunities for continuous innovation.
Maintain knowledge of unmanned industry developments to guide strategic decisions.
