Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Integration Manager for a UK-based autonomous UAV business in London, with regular European travel.

You will own end-to-end UAV integration from component availability through to test-ready aircraft, coordinating across engineering, production, quality, and subcontractors to ensure on-spec delivery and robust configuration management. Prior UAV/aircraft build experience highly desired.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in complex systems integration across mechanical, electrical and avionics domains.
• Background in aircraft/UAV or similar complex system build and integration.
• Ability to manage interfaces, BOMs and engineering changes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UAV integration plan from components to test-ready aircraft.
• Coordinate integration of airframes, mechanical, avionics and electrical systems.
• Manage build sequence, interfaces, documentation and configuration control.
• Resolve integration problems with engineering teams and drive corrective actions.
• Lead testing, acceptance and delivery readiness, including subcontractor oversight.
